Jason P. Clark

About our Speaker

Jason P. Clark is an attorney with the Nicholson Law Group with a vast array of experience handling complex litigation and transactional matters in both the private and public sectors. He received his education at UC Berkeley and University of San Francisco Law School. As the California GOP Bay Area Regional Vice Chair, he represents the 170 state party delegates and over 530,000 registered Republican voters in the San Francisco Bay Area. In this role, Jason is charged with helping empower county parties and over 30 candidates for state office.

Jason is a lifelong Republican having spent over a dozen years volunteering for Republican candidates, initiatives, and causes. Previously, Jason served as Chairman of the San Francisco Republican Party from 2016-2019. He has served on the Board of the San Francisco Young Republicans and the San Francisco Log Cabin Republicans. In 2019, Jason was appointed by President Donald J. Trump to serve in the Trump Administration. While in the Administration, Jason worked at the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office, working with the Agency Director to safeguard America's inventions and intellectual property.

Over the course of his political career, Jason has made over 100 media appearances, including on Lou Dobbs and Mornings with Maria Bartiromo (Fox Business Channel), as well as on all the major Bay Area television networks.
